摘  要:通过建立数学模型来研究转炉顶吹、底吹以及顶底复吹条件熔池内流动的影响因素和规律。顶吹在相同流量条件下,随着枪位降低,熔池形成多个回流,钢液湍动能增大,对熔池搅拌强烈,混匀时间缩短;纯底吹条件下,底吹流量与搅拌效果成正相关,且搅拌效果相对于顶吹更加强烈,混匀时间更短,但流量太大易引发喷溅;顶底复吹条件下,流体速度最大,搅拌作用最好,均混时间最短,能够有效提高生产效率和产品品质。The influencing factors and behavior of the flow in the molten bath under the conditions of top blowing,bottom blowing and combined to pond bottom blowing are studied by establishing mathematical models.Multiple backflows were formed in the molten bath when the top lance was decreased.In addition,the turbulent kinetic energy of the bath was increased and mixing time was decreased;the mixing time is directly proportional to the bottom blowing flow when the bottom blowing was applied.The mixing time was decreased when the bottom blowing flow rate was increased.However,it is easy to cause splashing by applying a high flow rate;the best stirring condition and shortest mixing time can be obtained when the combined top and bottom blowing was used.This can effectively improve the production efficiency and product quality.
