摘  要:电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定土壤中六价铬的含量,以国家标准土壤样品GBW(E)070255为研究对象,采用氢氧化钠-碳酸钠提取,消除三价铬影响,在选定的仪器工作条件下测定,六价铬的质量浓度在0~80 mg/kg范围内与光谱强度存在良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,精密度和准确度好。本方法检出限和测定下限分别为0.08 mg/kg和0.32 mg/kg,低于HJ 1082—2019(0.5 mg/kg和2.0 mg/kg),为实验室检测提供参考。The content of hexavalent chromium with inductive coupled plasma emission in soil was determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy.The national standard soil sample GBW(E)070255 was taken as the research object,and sodium hydroxide-sodium carbonate extraction was used to eliminate the effect of trivalent chromium.The mass concentration of hexavalent chromium is in the range of 0 to 80 m g/kg,with correlation coefficient greater than 0.999,it has good precision and accuracy.The detection limit is 0.08 mg/kg and 0.32 mg/kg,it is lower than that of HJ 1082-2019(0.5 mg/kg and 2.0 mg/kg)for laboratory testing.
