摘　　要：通过西门子6SE70系列逆变器与国产汇川MD880逆变器性能比较及改造优势分析,泰钢冷轧800 mm酸洗挤干辊传动装置采用MD880逆变器替代原用的6SE70系列逆变器,经过调试,实践应用表明,减少维修费用约5万元,酸洗线因挤干辊逆变器故障造成的设备停机时间降为零。By comparing the performance of Siemens 6SE70 series inverter with that of Huichuan MD880 inverter made in China and analyzing the transformation advantages,the MD880 inverter is used to replace the original 6SE70 series inverter in the transmission device of the 800 mm pickling squeeze roll of the cold rolling mill of Taishan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.The commissioning and practical application show that the maintenance cost is reduced by about 50000 Yuan,and the equipment downtime caused by the failure of the squeeze roll inverter in the pickling line is reduced to zero.
