摘 要:以太原植物园主入口钢结构中圆钢管柱的相贯节点域承载能力不足为研究对象,提出一种外包钢管混凝土加固法及施工工艺。采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件探讨了钢管空心率、混凝土强度等因素对承载力的影响以及加固后的破坏模式。结果表明:外包钢管混凝土加固法是可行的;可以显著提高圆钢管柱相贯节点域的极限承载力,但会降低节点的塑性变形能力;空心率比混凝土强度对节点极限承载力的影响大。该加固方法对于今后类似工程中圆钢管柱的节点域加固有一定的借鉴作用。Taking the insufficient bearing capacity of the intersecting node domain of the circular steel tube column in the steel structure of the main entrance of Taiyuan Botanical Garden as the research object,a reinforcement method and construction technology of the outer steel tube concrete was proposed.The ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to discuss the influence of the steel tube hollow rate,concrete strength and other factors on the bearing capacity and the failure mode after reinforcement.The results show that the reinforcement method of outsourcing concrete filled steel tube is feasible;it can significantly improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the intersecting node domain of the circular steel tube column,but it will reduce the plastic deformation capacity of the node;the hollow rate has a greater influence on the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint than the concrete strength.
