摘 要:后浇带技术是工程施工用以消除不均匀沉降、混凝土养护收缩、整体结构温度变化等引起的初应力的主要方法之一。传统的钢管架模板或碗扣架模板存在支撑材料和模板被长期占用,部分构件会发生变形、腐烂、锈蚀,造成支撑系统松动,影响后浇带两边梁板的受力状态等缺点。针对所施工工程的具体情况,采用了混凝土构造柱支撑方案。承载力分析和梁板结构变形分析表明,采用混凝土构造柱可以有效实现后浇带两侧梁板的支撑,保证后浇带施工和养护过程结构的安全性和稳定性,结构应力和变形都能够达到设计要求。Post-cast belt technology is one of the main methods used in engineering construction to eliminate the initial stress caused by uneven settlement,concrete curing shrinkage,and overall structure temperature changes.The traditional steel pipe frame formwork or bowl buckle frame formwork has the disadvantages of long-term occupation of supporting materials and formwork,leformation,rot and corrosion of some components,resulting in loosening of the supporting system and affecting the stress state of the beams on both sides of the post-cast belt.According to the specific conditions of the construction project,a concrete structural column support scheme is adopted.The bearing capacity analysis and the deformation analysis of the beamslab structure show that the use of concrete structural columns can effectively realize the support of the beams and slabs on both sides of the post-cast zone,and ensure the safety and stability of the structure during the construction and maintenance of the post-cast zone,meet the design requirements.
