复方血栓通胶囊对老年性白内障患者术后视力恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的 研讨复方血栓通胶囊对老年性白内障患者术后视力恢复的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-12月入住甘肃省康复中心医院行白内障超声乳化手术治疗的老年性白内障患者100例,按照随机数字表法归为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组术后予以常规处理,观察组在对照组治疗基础上予以复方血栓通胶囊治疗,均持续12周。比较两组术后不同时间点的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(CMT)、黄斑总容积,以及视力恢复时间与黄斑水肿发生情况。结果 术后4、12周,两组BCVA水平均较术前升高(P<0.05),且观察组BCVA水平均高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);两组CMT均有不同程度的缩小(P<0.05)、黄斑总容积均有不同程度的增大(P<0.05),且观察组CMT及黄斑总容积均小于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组视力恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.01);观察组术后12周内发生黄斑水肿的占比(4.00%)低于对照组(16.00%,P<0.05)。结论 复方血栓通胶囊用于老年性白内障患者术后的辅治,对促进患者术后视力恢复有明显作用,且在一定程度上可降低黄斑中心凹厚度及黄斑总容积,减少黄斑水肿的发生。Objective To study the effect of Compound Xueshuantong Capsules on postoperative visual acuity recovery of senile cataract patients. Methods A total of 100 senile cataract patients admitted to Gansu Province Hospital Rehabilitation Center from January 2021 to December 2021 for phacoemulsification were enrolled and divided into a control group(n = 50) and an observation group(n = 50) according to a random number table. All patients received routine treatment after operation, while those in the observation group were treated with additional Compound Xueshuantong Capsules.Drug treatment lasted for 12 weeks. The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), central macular thickness(CMT), total macular volume, visual acuity recovery time, and the occurrence of macular edema were compared between the two groups at different stages after operation. Results 4 and 12 weeks after operation, the levels of BCVA in both groups were higher than those before operation(P < 0.05), and the level of BCVA in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.01, P < 0.05). The CMT in the two groups decreased in varying degrees(P < 0.05), the total macular volume in the two groups increased in varying degrees(P < 0.05), and the observation group was smaller than the control group(P < 0.01). The visual acuity recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P < 0.01). Within 12 weeks after operation, the proportion of macular edema in the observation group was 4.00%, lower than 16.00% in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Conclusion Compound Xueshuantong Capsules can significantly promote the recovery of postoperative visual acuity in senile cataract patients, reduce the central foveal thickness and total volume to a certain extent, and reduce the occurrence of macular edema.
