摘 要:超高层建筑主梁节点由于在受力截面上剪力分布不均,在二次受力后易导致加固梁与贯穿梁交接处断裂。为此,本文提出超高层建筑梁柱节点二次受力加固技术研究,以提升超高层建筑梁柱节点加固质量。确定超高层建筑梁柱节点主要受力点的变化,模拟超高层建筑主梁节点未加固前的受力状态,计算梁柱节点二次受力截面承载力,以梁柱受力变形数据为基础;从加固安装入手,优化加固梁与贯穿梁安装施工标准,通过改变安装吊环数量与位置,减小安装过程中铸钢梁柱受力形变程度,并通过增加节点贯通量环形钢板,提升加固层的载荷能力,完成超高层建筑梁柱节点加固。实验结果表明:采用所提加固技术加固后的梁柱节点质量较好,具有一定可行性。Due to the uneven distribution of shear force in the stressed section of the main beam node of super high-rise building,it is easy to cause the fracture at the junction of the reinforced beam and the through beam after the secondary stress.Therefore,this paper puts forward the research on the secondary stress reinforcement technology of beam column joints in super high-rise buildings,so as to improve the reinforcement quality of beam column joints in super high-rise buildings.Determine the changes of the main stress points of the beam column joints of the super high-rise building,simulate the stress state of the main beam joints of the super high-rise building before reinforcement,and calculate the bearing capacity of the secondary stress section of the beam column joints,based on the stress and deformation data of the beams and columns;Starting from the reinforcement installation,optimize the installation and construction standards of reinforced beams and through beams,reduce the stress and deformation degree of cast steel beams and columns during the installation process by changing the number and position of installation lifting rings,and improve the load capacity of the reinforcement layer by increasing the joint penetration ring steel plate,so as to complete the reinforcement of beam column joints of super high-rise buildings.The experimental results show that the beam column joints strengthened by the proposed reinforcement technology have good quality and certain feasibility.
