摘 要:碱性嫩黄O因廉价、易增色而可能被违法用于食品着色剂,对人体健康产生极大危害。因此,建立灵敏、快速的方法检测食品中碱性嫩黄O有重要意义。本研究基于还原氧化石墨烯和纳米金溶胶修饰电极,以碱性嫩黄O为模板分子,邻氨基苯酚和邻苯二胺作为复合功能单体,采用循环伏安法在修饰电极表面形成聚合物膜。于-0.1 V恒电位下,在甲醇-0.5 mol/L NaOH水溶液(体积比为1∶1)中诱导洗脱模板分子,成功制备了用于检测碱性嫩黄O的分子印迹电化学传感器(MIECS)。采用电化学分析法优化了模板分子与功能单体的比例、聚合液pH值及聚合圈数,利用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪对其进行形貌和化学结构进行了表征,并探究了传感器的印迹效果和分析性能。结果表明,该传感器对碱性嫩黄O有特异吸附作用,在最佳条件下,碱性嫩黄O在1.0×10-9~3.0×10-5mol/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,检出限为3.3×10-10mol/L,碱性嫩黄O样品加标平均回收率在91.16%~101.61%之间,RSD≤2.79%,该传感器具有良好的稳定性和重现性,适用于食品样品中碱性嫩黄O的灵敏快速检测。Auramine O may be illegally used as a food colorant because of its cheapness and easy to enhance color,causing great harm to human health. Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a sensitive and rapid method for the determination of auramine O in food. In the experiment,reduced graphene oxide and gold nanoparticles sol are used to modify working electrodes,a polymer film is formed by cyclic voltammetry on the surface of the modified electrode with auramine O as template molecule,o-aminophenol and o-phenylenediamine as composite functional monomers. The template molecules are eluted using constant potential of-0. 1 V in methanol-0. 5 mol/L NaOH aqueous solution(1∶1,V/V),the molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor(MIECS) is prepared successfully for detection of auramine O. Electrochemical analysis method is used to optimize the ratio of template molecules to composite functional monomers. The polymer solution pH and cylinder number,the morphology and chemical structure of the membrane are characterized by scanning electron microscope and infrared spectrometer. The imprinting effect and analysis performance of the sensor are investigated. The results show that the sensor has specific adsorption to auramine O. Under the optimal conditions,the auramine O has a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 1. 0×10-9~3. 0×10-5mol/L,the detection limit is 3. 3×10-10mol/L,and the average recoveries are between 91. 16% and 101. 61% with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 2. 79%. The sensor has good stability and reproducibility,and is suitable for sensitive and rapid detection of auramine O in food samples.
