圣愈汤化学成分、药理作用、临床应用研究进展及质量标志物预测分析

摘　　要：圣愈汤是补益气血的经典名方,具有补血、保护神经、抗氧化等药理作用,临床上常用于治疗骨科、妇科及内科疾病。通过总结分析近年圣愈汤化学成分、药理作用及临床应用研究文献,并参照质量标志物(Q-marker)"五原则"对圣愈汤的Q-marker进行预测分析,认为毛蕊花糖苷、阿魏酸、川芎内酯A、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Rg1、黄芪甲苷6种成分可作为圣愈汤的Q-marker,为建立完整的圣愈汤质量评价体系提供参考。Shengyu Decoction is a classic prescription for supplementing qi and blood.It has the pharmacological effects of supplementing blood,protecting nerves and anti-oxidation.It is commonly used in clinics to treat orthopedic,gynecological and internal diseases.This paper summarizes and analyzes the chemical composition,pharmacological action and clinical application of Shengyu Decoction in recent years,and predicts and analyzes the Q-marker of Shengyu Decoction with reference to the"Five Principles"of quality marker.The results show that the six components of Mullein glycoside,ferulic acid,Chuanxiong lactone A,ginsenoside Rb1,Ginsenoside Rg1 and astragalosideⅣcan be used as the Q-marker for Shengyu decoction,providing a reference basis for establishing a complete quality evaluation system of Shengyu Decoction.
