摘　　要：症状管理是中医药治疗恶性肿瘤的重要优势之一,但因缺少能够充分体现中医肿瘤临床实践特点的症状疗效评价方法,而在一定程度上限制了中医药治疗肿瘤优势的发挥。症状阈值事件数评价指标已在国内外多个临床症状干预研究中得到使用,对其使用原理和特点分析发现,将该指标应用于中医肿瘤症状疗效评价,不仅符合中医药治疗肿瘤临床实践的基本原理,而且还满足现代医学对评价指标客观化、标准化的要求。通过阐述症状阈值事件数评价指标的概念、具体研究方法以及其应用于中医肿瘤症状疗效评价的优势和不足,进而分析探讨将症状阈值事件数引入中医恶性肿瘤疗效评价体系的科学性、可行性和实用性,以期为中医肿瘤症状管理疗效评价提供新的思路和参考。Symptom management is one most important advantage of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of malignant tumors.However,due to the lack of symptomatic efficacy evaluation methods that can fully reflect the clinical practice characteristics of TCM,its advantages in treating tumors are partially limited.The symptom threshold events(STE)has been used in many clinical symptom related intervention studies at home and abroad.After analyzing the application principle and characteristics of STE,it is considered suitable for the efficacy evaluation of TCM symptoms in treating tumors,not only conforming to the basic principles of clinical practice of TCM in tumors,but also meeting the requirements of modern medicine for the objectification and standardization of evaluation indicators.By summarizing the concept of the evaluation index STE,the specific research methods,and the related advantages and limitations in applying it to the efficacy evaluation of TCM symptoms in treating tumors,this paper further discussed the scientificity,feasibility and practicality of introducing STE into the efficacy evaluation system of TCM malignant tumors,so as to provide new ideas and references for the efficacy evaluation of TCM symptoms in tumor management.
