摘　　要：1只2岁雄性布偶猫因呼吸急促、食欲下降而就诊。胸部X射线检查提示胸腔积液、右侧肺塌陷;胸腔穿刺抽取的穿刺液呈粉白色,穿刺液中三酰甘油含量远高于血液。经临床检查与实验室检查确诊为特发性乳糜胸伴发肺塌陷。患猫稳定体况后立即手术,进行胸导管结扎配合部分心包切除,并安置胸腔引流管。术后密切监测体况和胸腔积液、积气情况,第12天移除引流管,第18天出院,第8个月回访,患猫状态良好。说明手术是治疗特发性乳糜胸的有效手段。A two-year-old male Ragdoll cat presented with tachypnea and decreased appetite.Chest X-ray examination showed pleural effusion and right lung collapse;the puncture fluid extracted by thoracentesis was pinkish white,and the level of triacylglycerol in the puncture fluid was much higher than that of blood.The diagnosis of idiopathic chylothorax with lung collapse was confirmed by clinical examination and laboratory tests.After stabilization,the cat was operated on immediately by thoracic duct ligation with partial pericardial resection and placement of a chest drain.After stabilization of the cat,surgery was performed immediately with thoracic duct ligation and partial pericardiotomy,and a chest drain was placed.After surgery,the cat was closely monitored for fluid and gas accumulation in the pleural cavity.The drainage tube was removed on the 12 th day post surgery and the cat was discharged on the 18 th day.After eight months post surgery,a return visit showed that the affected cat was in good condition.The results indicated that surgery was an effective treatment for idiopathic chylothorax.
