摘  要:以3种对根腐线虫具有不同抗性的苎麻品种为材料,采用盆栽模拟试验,研究根腐线虫侵染后苎麻产量性状及根系生理指标的变化。结果表明:根腐线虫胁迫下,3个不同抗性苎麻品种根系鲜重均下降,其中华苎4号下降率最低,为23.77%;不同抗性苎麻品种根冠比为抗病品种增加,感病品种下降;抗病品种根系抗氧化酶POD活性、CAT活性高于感病品种,MDA含量则低于感病品种;根腐线虫病胁迫下抗病、感病品种总酚含量、绿原酸含量均增加,木质素含量则表现为抗病品种增加,感病品种降低。在供试材料苎麻根系中共检测到16种氨基酸,根据氨基酸增幅及变化规律,将其分为六类,其中苯丙氨酸与其他氨基酸表现都不同,抗病品种增幅大于感病品种,与抗性呈正相关。接种后,抗病、感病品种根系氨基酸总量都表现为增加,感病品种氨基酸总量为抗病品种的3~4倍。该研究明确根腐线虫胁迫下苎麻产量性状及根系生理指标等变化特点,为揭示苎麻与根腐线虫互作的根系生理机制及抗性指标的筛选提供理论参考。Three ramie varieties with different resistance to ramie root-lesion nematodes were used as test materials, and potted simulation experiments, were used to study the changes of yield traits and root physiological indexes after ramie was eroded by root-lesion nematodes. The results showed that under root rot nematode stress, the root fresh weight of three ramie varieties with different resistances decreased. Among them, Huazhu No.4 had the lowest decline rate, of 23.77%. The root-shoot ratio of different resistant ramie varieties increased for the resistant varieties and decreased for the susceptible varieties. The root antioxidant enzymes POD and CAT activities of the resistant varieties were higher than those of the susceptible varieties, and MDA content was lower than that of susceptible varieties. Under root-lesion nematode coercion, the total phenolic content and chlorogenic acid content of the disease-resistant and susceptible varieties increased, while the lignin content was the opposite, the resistant varieties increased and the susceptible varieties decreased. A total of 16 amino acids were detected in the ramie root of the test material. According to the increase and change rules of amino acids, they were divided into six categories, among which phenylalanine was different from other amino acids and the increase of resistant varieties was greater than that of susceptible varieties, which was positively correlated with resistance. After inoculation, the total amount of amino acids in the roots of the disease-resistant and susceptible varieties both increased. The total amino acids of the susceptible varieties increased which was 3-4 times that of disease-resistant varieties. This study clarified the variation characteristics of ramie yield traits and root physiological indicators under root-lesion nematode stress, and provided a theoretical reference for revealing the root physiological mechanism of the interaction between ramie and root-lesion nematodes and the screening of resistance indicators.
