摘  要:2022年9月5日中午12时52分,四川省甘孜州泸定县发生6.8级地震,地震发生后,调研了处于不同烈度区13所学校中16栋建筑的震害情况,总结了各烈度区内学校建筑的典型震害特征,分析了各类破坏的产生原因。调查分析的结果表明:2008年以后建造的学校建筑其结构构件基本完好,表现出良好的抗震性能;2008年以前建造的两栋砌体结构发生中等破坏,一栋钢筋混凝土框架结构发生严重破坏,前者发生中等破坏的主要原因为构造柱等抗震构造措施不足,后者发生严重破坏的主要原因为单跨框架结构由于冗余度不足而导致结构整体刚度和承载力较低;另外,非结构构件的破坏在这次地震中仍难以避免,进而影响建筑的使用功能,高处构件的破坏坠落和周边围墙的倒塌将会对地震中逃生人员造成安全隐患。基于分析结果,建议排查学校建筑的抗震构造措施及结构承重形式,对不满足规范要求的建筑及时采取抗震加固或改变用途等措施;建议加强非结构构件与主体结构的连接并提升其抗震能力,避免因非结构构件破坏引起的建筑功能中断和人员安全隐患。文中结论为学校建筑的抗震设计和韧性提升提供参考依据。After the Luding Ms6.8 earthquake which happened at 12:52 on September 5,2022,the seismic damage to 16 school buildings in 13 schools in different intensities was investigated. Seismic damage characteristics and corresponding reasons of school buildings in different intensities were summarized and analyzed. The results of the investigation and analysis show that the structural components of the buildings built after 2008 are basically intact,indicating good seismic performance. Two masonry structures built before 2008 are moderately damaged and one reinforced concrete frame structure is severely damaged,the dominant reason for the damage of the former is lack of details of seismic design such as structural columns,while the dominant reason for the damage of the latter adopts the single-span frame structure with insufficient redundancy,resulting in the weak stiffness and strength. In addition,the damage of non-structural components is still unavoidable in this earthquake,which affects the function of buildings,and the falling of components from the height induces a safety hazard to schools in the earthquake.Based on the analysis results,it is recommended to check the details of seismic design and structural forms of school buildings,to take seismic reinforcement or change the use of buildings that do not meet the code requirements in time. It is suggested to strengthen the connection between nonstructural components and the structure and improve their seismic performance,to avoid the interruption of building functions and potential safety hazards of personnel caused by the destruction of nonstructural components. The conclusion of this paper provides reference for seismic design and the improvement of seismic resilience of school buildings.
