摘 要:为了提高饲料中总磷含量的检测效率,研究了钒钼黄-连续流动分析仪法测定饲料中总磷的含量。试验依据标准GB/T 6437—2018《饲料中总磷的测定分光光度法》的检测原理,优化了检测波长、显色剂用量、用酸种类等检测条件,考察了方法的线性范围、检出限、精密度及回收率等参数。结果表明:在410 nm波长下,连续流动分析仪法检测饲料中总磷含量的线性范围为0~150 mg/L,相关系数R~2>0.999,检出限不大于0.035 mg/L,变异系数<1%,加标回收率介于96.4%~101.5%。钒钼黄-连续流动分析仪法检测饲料中总磷含量具有线性范围宽、精密度高、可允许酸度范围大、操作便捷、检测速度快等优点,适合大批量饲料样品总磷含量的检测,可为高效准确测量饲料中总磷含量提供技术依据。In order to improve the detection efficiency of total phosphorus content in feed, a study to explore the feasibility of determination of total phosphorus in feed by Vanadium-Molybdenum yellow-continuous flow analyzer was performed. According to the detection principle of standard GB/T 6437—2018 spectrophotometric method for the determination of total phosphorus in feed, the detection conditions such as detection wavelength and chromogenic agent, the linear range, detection limit, precision and recovery of vanadium molybdenum yellow continuous flow analyzer method were investigated. The results showed that: under the wavelength of 410 nm, the linear range of continuous flow analyzer was 0-150 mg/L,the correlation coefficient R~2>0.999, the detection limit was not more than 0.035 mg/L, coefficient of variation<1%, the recoveries ranged from 96.4% to 101.5%. The continuous flow analyzer had the advantages of wide linear range, high precision, large allowable acidity range, convenient operation and fast detection speed. It was suitable for the detection of total phosphorus content in a large number of feed samples. It could provide a technical basis for the efficient and accurate measurement of total phosphorus content in feed.
