摘 要:籽粒苋是一种高产且营养物质含量丰富的苋属植物,本试验旨在通过套算法测定肉鸡籽粒苋茎叶粉的代谢能。试验选42日龄的健康肉鸡60只,分为2个处理组,每组为6个重复,每个重复为5只。预饲期4 d,正试期7 d。两个处理组分别饲喂基础日粮和含30%的籽粒苋茎叶粉的日粮,以二氧化钛(TiO2)作为外源指示剂,测定日粮的营养成分、营养物质消化率及籽粒苋茎叶粉肉鸡的表观代谢能。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组中粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的表观消化率没有显著差异;干物质(DM)和有机物(OM)的表观消化率有显著差异(P<0.01),通过套算法测定的籽粒苋茎叶粉在肉鸡中的表观代谢能(AME)为3.88 MJ/kg。综上所述,籽粒苋茎叶粉肉鸡表观代谢能为3.88 MJ/kg,籽粒苋茎叶粉在肉鸡上有一定的应用价值。Amaranth is a kind of plant with a high yield and rich nutrition. The purpose of this experiment is to determine the metabolic energy of stem and leaf powder of Amaranthus hypochondriacus in broilers by using the nested test method. In the experiment, a total of 60 healthy broilers aged 42 days were selected and were randomly allocated into two groups, with each group represented by six replicates of five broiler chickens per replicate. The trial consisted of a 4-day pre-feeding period and 7 days trial period. Two groups were fed with basal diet, 30% Amaranthus hypochondriacus stem and leaf powder diet. Using titanium dioxide(TiO2) as an exogenous indicator, the nutritional composition of the diet, the digestibility of various nutrients, and the apparent metabolic energy of stem and leaf powder of Amaranthus hypochondriacus in Broilers were determine. The results showed that: Compared with the control group, the apparent digestibility of crude protein(CP),crude fat(EE),acid detergent fiber(ADF),and neutral detergent fiber(NDF) in experimental groups was not significantly different, the apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM) and organic matter(OM) was significantly different(P<0.01). The apparent metabolic energy(AME) of stem and leaf powder of Amaranthus hypochondriacus in broilers was 3.88 MJ/kg. The apparent metabolic energy of stem and leaf powder of Amaranthus hypochondriacus in broilers measured by the set of algorithms was 3.88 MJ/kg, and Amaranthus hypochondriacus of stem and leaf powder had a certain application value in broilers.
