摘 要:为提高桥梁网络的韧性,提出基于韧性评估的桥梁网络震后最优修复决策方法。在震后部分桥梁失效时利用不同的修复策略生成修复方案,选取平均效率为桥梁网络的性能指标,以及基于平均效率的重要度指标,建立以桥梁网络韧性最大为目标的优化模型并基于遗传算法求解该模型,获得最优修复方案。以某桥梁网络震后修复为例进行分析,算例表明震后最优修复策略的桥梁网络韧性比基于重要度的优先修复和随机修复策略的韧性更高。该决策模型有效解决了多座桥梁失效的桥梁网络修复决策问题,提升了桥梁网络的震后韧性,为相关案例的决策和恢复提供了参考方案。In order to improve the resilience of bridge network, an optimal repair decision method based on resilience assessment is proposed. In the case of partial bridge failure after earthquake, different repair strategies are used to generate repair schemes. The average efficiency is selected as the connectivity index of the bridge network and the bridge importance index based on the average efficiency of the bridge network. The optimization model aiming at the maximum toughness of the bridge network is established, and the optimal repair scheme is obtained by solving the model based on genetic algorithm. A bridge network repair after earthquake is taken as an example. The results show that the resilience of the optimal post-earthquake repair scheme is higher than that of the priority repair and random repair strategies based on bridge importance. It provides a reference scheme for the decision and recovery of relevant cases.
