摘　　要：介绍本司建造的40 000 DWT系列散货船舵叶结构特征和制作精度控制方法;通过收集建造数据和统计分析,确定舵叶建造过程中的补偿量、反变形加放值以及尺寸控制关键点;规范焊接方法和工艺要求,使舵叶的变形量控制在预期范围内,保证了舵叶的总体精度,为类似的舵叶建造提供参考。This paper introduces the structure characteristics and precision control methods of ship rudder blades of a series of 40 000 DWT bulk cargo ships built by our company. The data are collected and analyzed in the construction process, and the compensation amount, anti-deformation addition value and the key points of size control in the construction process are studied and determined. The welding method and technological requirements are standardized, so that the deformation of the rudder blade is within the expected range, and the overall accuracy of the rudder blade is guaranteed.
