摘 要:本文详细介绍了超高强薄壁架子管(已在部分建筑类企业使用)在修造船厂的应用研究,包括目前船厂普遍使用的Q235 A架子管缺点分析,以及超高强薄壁架子管同Q235 A架子管力学性能对比、热镀锌前后力学性能对比、超高强薄壁架子管推广使用的可行性等,旨在推进修造船厂架子管材料轻量化,减少架子管工劳动强度和提高搭拆架作业效率。This paper introduces in detail the application research of ultra-high strength thin-walled scaffold tube(which has been used in some construction enterprises) in shipyards, including the defect analysis of Q235 A scaffold tube commonly used in shipyards, the comparison of mechanical properties between the ultra-high strength thinwalled scaffold tube and Q235 A scaffold tube, the comparison of mechanical properties of the ultra-high strength thin-walled scaffold tube before and after hot galvanizing, and the feasibility of field popularization and application of the ultra-high strength thin-walled scaffold tube. The purpose is to promote the lightweight of the scaffold tube materials in shipyards and reduce the labor intensity of scaffolding workers and improve the efficiency of scaffolding.
