摘  要:散货船尾管前端无轴承支撑的单轴承轴系,相对于尾管前端设置轴承的轴系,具备刚性小、弹性较大、更能适应船体变形等优点;但也增加了螺旋桨轴的定位难度,对船厂轴系安装校中工艺水平要求较高;在尾管轴承高温的案例中,尾管仅设置单轴承轴系且使用可降解生物油的船舶所占比例较高。本文结合散货船尾管单轴承轴系的特点,对轴系安装校中过程进行分析,旨在提高尾管单轴承轴系的安装精度,使其完全符合轴系校中计算要求。Single bearing shafting without bearing support at the front end of stern tube of bulk carriers,compared with the shafting with bearing at the front end of stern tube, has the advantages of less rigidity, relatively larger elasticity and better adaptability to hull deformation. However, it also increases the difficulty of positioning propeller shaft and requires high technical level of shafting installation and alignment in shipyard. In the case of high temperature of stern tube bearing, ships with only single bearing shafting and using biodegradable bio-oil for stern tube account for a larger proportion. According to the characteristics of single bearing shafting for stern tube of bulk carriers, the main points of shafting installation and alignment process are analyzed in this paper in order to improve the installation accuracy of single bearing shafting for stern tube and meet the calculation requirements of shafting alignment.
