摘 要:目的探讨移动式三腔二囊管牵引固定装置在患者院内转运中的应用价值。方法采用便利抽样方法。选取2020年1月至2021年12月嘉兴市第一医院收治的60例留置三腔二囊管需行院内转运患者作为研究对象。按转运时是否使用移动式三腔二囊管牵引固定装置将患者分为试验组(28例)和对照组(32例)。比较两组患者转运中不良事件发生率、转运时间及转运患者心率和血压稳定率的差异。结果试验组转运中不良事件发生率较对照组明显降低〔14.28%(4/28)比50.00%(16/32)〕,转运准备时间和转运总时间均较对照组明显缩短(分:3.93±0.60比4.81±0.93、6.25±0.84比8.09±1.45),心率和血压稳定率明显高于对照组〔96.43%(27/28)比71.88%(23/32)〕,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论移动式三腔二囊管牵引固定装置可降低患者院内转运不良事件发生率,缩短转运时间,特别是转运准备时间,提高了转运效率,从而保障患者转运的安全性和高效性。Objective To explore the application value of mobile sengstaken-blakemore tube traction fixture in patient hospital transport.Methods The convenience sampling method was conducted.A total of 60 patients who indwelled sengstaken-blakemore tube and needed to be transported in First Hospital of Jiaxing from January 2020 to December 2021 was collected as research object.The patients were divided into the experimental group(28 patients)and the control group(32 patients)by whether or not using the mobile sengstaken-blakemore tube traction fixture.The incidence of adverse transport events,transfer time,and stable heart rate and blood pressure of transport patients were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group[14.28%(4/28)vs.50.00%(16/32)].The transfer preparation time and total transit time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(minutes:3.93±0.60 vs.4.81±0.93,6.25±0.84 vs.8.09±1.45).The patients'heart rate and blood pressure stability rate were higher than those in the control group[96.43%(27/28)vs.71.88%(23/32)],the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The mobile sengstaken-blakemore tube traction fixture can reduce the incidence of adverse events in hospital transport,shorten the transfer time,especially the transfer preparation time,and improve the transfer efficiency,thereby ensuring the safety and efficiency of patient transport.
