摘 要:采用等温溶解平衡法测定了三元体系CaCl_(2)-SrCl_(2)-H_(2)O温度在353.15 K时共饱和点的溶解度。基于实验结果和文献已有报道的该体系多温下的相平衡数据,模拟了南翼山油田卤水中氯化钙和氯化锶在温度323.15 K下的分离实验。模拟钙锶分离实验结果表明,物质的量比为25.41∶1的CaCl_(2)和SrCl_(2)的混合溶液在323.15 K下蒸发结晶提纯后的固相中钙锶物质的量比降低为1.73∶1,SrCl_(2)的回收率为52.47%,将所得一次固相产品在323.15 K下溶解并再次蒸发后,钙和锶的物质的量比从1.73∶1降至1.1∶1,SrCl_(2)的回收率为78.67%,SrCl_(2)的总回收率为41.28%。The solubility of ternary system CaCl_(2)·SrCl_(2)·H_(2)O at temperatures at 353.15 K was studied by isothermal equilibrium method.Based on the results of this work and the phase equilibrium data of the ternary system at various temperatures reported in the literatures,the separation experiment of calcium chloride and strontium chloride in simulated Nanyishan oilfield brine at 323.15 K was designed and carried out in the laboratory.The experimental results of simulated separation calcium and strontium in the laboratory show that the mixed solution of calcium and strontium with a molar ratio of 25.46∶1 is evaporated and crystallized at 323.15 K.The molar ratio of calcium to strontium in the purified solid phase is reduced to 1.73∶1,and the recovery of SrCl_(2)is 52.47%.After the primary solid product was dissolved and evaporated at 323.15 K again,the molar ratio of calcium to strontium decreased from 1.73∶1 to 1.1∶1,and the recovery of SrCl_(2)was 78.67%and the total recovery was 41.28%.
