摘 要:在给出模糊网络DEA模型的基础上,文章研究了应急资源在决策单元间客观配置问题,进一步完善DEA方法的理论体系。基于模糊网络DEA理论与合作博弈的Shapley值,考虑决策单元加入救灾联盟前后对原有决策单元效率值及自身效率值的影响。构建改进的Shapley值,并根据决策单元对应急物流系统的相对贡献情况,设计应急资源在各决策单元之间进行公平分配的方案。最后通过算例对所提出方法进行检验。In this paper, the problem of objective configuration of emergency resources among decision-making units is studied, and the theoretical system of DEA method is further improved based on the DEA model of fuzzy network. The improved Shapley value is constructed based on the fuzzy network DEA theory and the Shapley value of cooperative game,and the relative contribution of the decision unit in the emergency logistics system is determined considering the influence of the decision unit before and after the disaster relief coalition on the original and its own decision unit efficiency value,and a scheme for the equitable distribution of emergency resources between decision-making units is designed based on the relative contribution of the decision-making unit to the emergency logistics system. Finally, the proposed approach is illustrated through a numerical example.
