摘　　要：分析突发公共卫生事件中应急医疗机构间信息共享策略选择的动态演化过程,可促进应急医疗机构积极参与信息共享。通过构建应急医疗机构间信息共享演化博弈模型,求解演化稳定策略,并仿真信息共享决策的形成过程,探究应急医疗机构参与信息共享的影响因素及其作用范围。结果表明:应急医疗机构参与信息共享的初始比例正向影响演化博弈结果的形成速率,低区间的风险系数、高区间的溢出系数、中段区间以上的问责系数和补贴系数均能有效促进信息共享。最后,从财政补贴、监管落实、信息安全和机构合作等方面提出促进应急医疗机构参与信息共享的建议。To study the information sharing among emergency medical institutions in public health emergencies and analyze the dynamic evolution process of information sharing strategies selection of emergency medical institutions, which can promote the active participation of emergency medical institutions in information sharing. By constructing the evolutionary game model of information sharing among emergency medical institutions in public health emergencies, the evolutionary stability strategy is obtained.Matlab software is used to simulate the formation process of institutional participation in information sharing decision-making, and explore the influencing factors and scope of institutional participation in information sharing. The initial proportion of emergency medical institutions participating in information sharing has a positive impact on the formation rate of the final evolutionary game results. The low risk coefficient, the high spillover coefficient, the accountability coefficient and the subsidy coefficient above the middle interval can effectively promote the active participation of emergency medical institutions in information sharing. Finally,suggestions are put forward to promote the participation of emergency medical institutions in information sharing from the aspects of financial subsidies, regulatory implementation, information security and institutional cooperation.
