摘 要:由于隧洞围岩条件破碎、岩性复杂,并紧邻水库库区,在掘进施工过程中大涌水问题突出,严重影响了小浪底引黄工程隧洞施工进度和安全。因此施工中提出了“堵排水结合,以排水为主、堵水为辅”的超前灌浆思路,采用三种不同的超前灌浆技术处置掌子面涌水,及时封堵较大的涌水点,控制掌子面涌水量,成功处置了隧洞大涌水问题。经对比分析,最终总结出不同的地质条件下最有效的超前灌浆技术。该技术保证了施工进度和安全,同时降低了隧洞排水费用。Due to the broken surrounding rock condition and complex lithology of the tunnel as well as its close proximity to the reservoir area,the water gushing problem is prominent in the tunneling process,which seriously affects the construction progress and safety of Xiaolangdi Yellow River Diversion Project.Therefore,the advanced grouting idea of“combining blocking and drainage,giving priority to drainage and supplemented by water plugging”is put forward in the construction process.Three different advanced grouting technologies are used to deal with the water gushing on the surface of the tunnel,so as to timely block the larger water gushing point and control the water gushing on the surface of the tunnel,and the problem of large water gushing is successfully treated.Through comparative analysis,the most effective advanced grouting technology under different geological conditions is finally summarized,which ensures the construction progress and safety and reduces the tunnel drainage cost.
