全科医生在互联网医院中的诊疗现状和优势分析

摘　　要：目的分析全科医生在互联网医院中的诊疗现状和优势。方法采用回顾性研究,选择2021年宁波市第一医院互联网医院就诊患者为研究对象,描述性分析研究对象的一般情况,医疗咨询量、检验检查开单和慢病续方的学科分布,以及全科医生接诊对象的服务内容和共病情况。结果全科医生共接诊1200人次,其中检验检查开单935人次(77.92%),慢病续方106人次(8.83%),体检报告解读276人次(23.00%),转诊143人次(11.92%);对互联网医院检验检查开单和慢病续方进行学科分析,其中全科医学科占比最高(分别为22.87%和20.83%);全科医生接诊患者共病情况占比24.83%,其中共病以2~4种为主。结论全科医生在互联网医院诊疗中占有重要作用,体现了健康管理、慢病防治、及时转诊和多病共管的优势。Objective To analyze the status and advantages of general practitioners in the internet hospital.Methods A retrospective study was conducted.Patients who visited the internet hospital of Ningbo first hospital in 2021 were enrolled as subjects,and descriptive analysis was conducted on the general information of the subjects,the discipline distribution of service items(medical tests and continuous prescription for chronic disease),service contents and the multimorbidity of patients who visited general practitioners.Results General practitioners served 1200 patients online,including 935(77.92%)for medical tests,106(8.83%)for continuous prescription for chronic disease,276(23.00%)for interpretation of health examination reports,and 143(11.92%)for referral.According to the discipline analysis of service items(medical test and continuous prescription for chronic disease),the proportion of general practice was the highest(22.87%and 20.83%respectively).The multimorbidity rate of patients who visited general practitioners was 24.83%,of which the main type of multimorbidity was 2-4 diseases.Conclusion General practitioners play an important role in the internet hospital,which reflect the advantages of health management,prevention and treatment of chronic disease,referral and management of multimorbidity.
