摘 要:为验证在高寒环境下能够安全运行,民用飞机需开展整机级高寒专项试验。总结了民用飞机高寒专项试验地点的环境条件,包括国内机场气象分析、国外机场气象分析、气候实验室环境条件,针对气候实验室及海拉尔东山机场论证了试验窗口期选取建议,梳理了试验期间环境温度测量、机上数据读取、系统参数测量相关测量内容及注意事项,并对民用飞机在气候实验室和海拉尔东山机场的冷浸透前检查、冷浸透期间检查、冷浸透后检查和海拉尔东山机场的航前检查、飞行检查、航后检查的试验现场实施方法及要点进行了研究,给出了在海拉尔东山机场进行冷浸透检查的时间建议,从而系统论证了民用飞机开展高寒专项试验相关的试验实施方法,对民用飞机高寒专项试验的策划与实施具有一定的指导意义。In order to verify the safe operation in the frigid environment,the civil aircraft needs to carry out an aircraft-level frigid environment special test.This article summarizes the environmental conditions of the test location for the frigid environment special test of civil aircraft,including domestic airport meteorological analysis,foreign airport meteorological analysis,and the climatic environment test facility environmental conditions.For the climatic environment test facility and the Hailar Dongshan Airport,the suggestions for the selection of the window period was demonstrated.The measurement contents and precautions related to the measurement of ambient temperature,on-board data reading,and system parameter measurement during the test were sorted out.This paper also studies the implementation methods and key points of the pre-cold soaking inspections,during cold soaking inspections,and post-cold soaking inspections of civil aircraft in the climatic environment test facility and at the Hailar Dongshan Airport,the pre-flight inspection,flight inspection and post-flight inspection of civil aircraft at the Hailar Dongshan Airport.The time suggestion for cold soaking inspection at Hailar Dongshan Airport was given.Thereby the test implementation methods of the frigid environment special test of civil aircraft was systematically demonstrated,which has certain guiding significance for planning and implementation of frigid environment special test of civil aircraft.
