摘 要:针对电励磁双凸极电机的控制需求,研究电枢绕组相序、励磁电流正方向和初始零位的确定方法。结合电励磁双凸极电机的绕组结构、励磁电流方向和旋转方向,分析电励磁双凸极电机的工作原理,并分析了不同励磁电流方向和绕组相序下的工作状态。根据电机旋转方向与相序相关,而与励磁电流方向无关的特性,提出绕组相序的确定方法。根据电枢绕组的特定电流切换方式下,不同励磁电流方向对应的电机位置存在差异,提出励磁电流正方向的确定方法。根据电机零位与电枢绕组电流的固有规律,提出电机的零位确定方法。通过实验验证了所提出的绕组状态及零位确定方法有效可行。The determination methods of armature winding phase sequence,positive excitation current direction and initial zero position are studied for the control requirements of the electrically excited biconvex motor.Based on the winding structure,excitation current direction and rotation direction of the electrically excited biconvex motor,the operating principle of the electrically excited biconvex motor is analyzed,and the operating conditions under different excitation current directions and winding phase sequences are analyzed.Based on the characteristic that the motor rotation direction is related to the phase sequence but not to the excitation current direction,the determination method of winding phase sequence is proposed.Based on the specific current switching mode of the armature winding,the motor position corresponding to different excitation based on the difference of motor position corresponding to different excitation current directions under the specific current switching mode of armature winding,the proposed method of determining the positive direction of excitation current is proposed.Based on the inherent law of motor zero position and armature winding current,the proposed method of determining motor zero position is proposed.The proposed winding state and zero position determination method is verified to be effective and feasible through experiments.
