摘　　要：分析了10 kV系统采用小电阻接地方式的必要性,并针对小电阻接地改造,总结出实施步骤与管控措施,同时还研究了小电阻接地方式下运行方式转变时的注意事项,确保电网安全可靠运行。This paper analyzes the necessity of low resistance grounding system in 10 kV distribution network,then concludes the implementation process and control measures in the transformation of low resistance grounding system.At the same time,this paper also studies the specific considerations when operation modes change in low resistance grounding system,which aims at ensuring the safety and reliability of the grid.
