摘 要:印尼在全球经济治理中的地位源于其拥有独特的多重身份与权力优势,主要表现在较强的综合国力、独特的地缘战略地位、突出的经济发展成就与不断提升的系统重要性、东盟领导角色及其在多边机制网络中的影响力等方面。近年来印尼在全球贸易治理、全球金融治理、区域经济合作、全球经济治理机制以及基础设施国际合作等方面表现活跃,在全球经济治理中的话语权与影响力不断上升。在G20框架下,印尼希望借助多边机制网络促进国内经济发展,推动全球治理体系改革,提升自身国际地位。担任2022年G20主席国使印尼在全球经济治理舞台上迎来高光时刻,为其全球经济治理诉求提供了一个极佳的呈现机会。同时,G20面临的严峻挑战考验着印尼的协调能力,而巴厘岛峰会的成功举办,明显提升了印尼的全球影响力。21世纪以来,中国和印尼在双边、区域和全球层面开展了全方位合作,在推动全球经济治理变革的同时也提升了两国关系的战略内涵。新时期,中国和印尼在全球经济治理领域应突出重点议题,聚焦投融资治理与基础设施建设领域的国际合作;重视区域合作,推动亚太高水平区域经济治理合作;提升全球协调,加强在全球经济治理机制变革中的协调配合;夯实战略基础,基于全球性合作伙伴定位加强战略互信和政策沟通。The role of Indonesia in global economic governance stems from its unique multiple identities and advantages, mainly include its comprehensive power, unique geostrategic position, outstanding economic development achievements and increasing systemic importance, ASEAN leadership and influence in network of multilateral mechanisms. In recent years, Indonesia has been active in global trade governance, financial governance, regional economic cooperation, global economic governance mechanism, and international infrastructure cooperation, and its influence have been continuously increasing. Indonesia hopes to improve domestic economic development and reform of the global governance system, and enhance its international status by virtue of multilateral mechanism network. As the G20 presidency in 2022, Indonesia will usher in a highlight moment on the global economic governance stage, which provides an excellent opportunity to present its global economic governance demands. The challenges of the G20 are testing Indonesia’s coordination ability, and the success of the Bali Summit has highlighted Indonesia’s global influence as well. China and Indonesia share similar ideas and interests in global economic governance, and are committed to promoting the reform of global economic governance system. The two sides have carried out extensive cooperation in global economic governance at multiple levels in the last decades, improved the reform of global economic governance as well as strategic connotation of bilateral relations. In the new era, China and Indonesia should highlight key issues of global economic governance, focusing on international cooperation in investment and financing governance and infrastructure agenda;attaching importance to high-level regional economic governance cooperation in East Asia;improving strategic mutual trust and policy communication based on global partnership.
