摘 要:以某存在平面扭转不规则、尺寸突变、局部不规则的大底盘多塔超限高层钢结构建筑为例,针对超限情况,提出了合理的抗震性能目标,进行了超限分析和论证,并采取了相应的加强措施。结构设计采用ETABS、YJK、SAUSAGE等分析软件,对结构进行了多遇地震下反应谱分析、中震下楼板应力分析和罕遇地震下的动力弹塑性分析。分析结果表明:本工程采用的结构体系抗震性能良好,通过采取合理的抗震措施,结构的各项指标均能满足预设的性能目标要求。The project is a large chassis multi-tower over-of-code high-rise steel structure with such transfinite irregularities as torsional irregularity,dimension mutation and local irregularity in plane torsion.In view of the over-limit situation of the structure,the reasonable aseismic performance target was put forward,and the over limit analysis and demonstration were carried out,corresponding strengthening measures have been taken.Design and analysis software ETABS,YJK and SAUSAGE were used to anslyze the response spectrum under multiple earthquakes and slab stress under moderate earthquake and the dynamic elastoplastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes.The analysis results show that the structural system adopted in this project has good aseismic performance and all the performance indexes of the structure meet the pre-set perdormance targets.
