摘  要:基于西北地区诸多土建二次结构及抹灰施工中出现的抹灰及装饰层裂缝的原因和采取的相关控制,结合相关工作经验有针对性地提出后砌墙与主体结构交接位置及砌体结构裂缝控制的构造措施建议:通过在加气混凝土砌块砌筑马牙槎时在马牙槎进槎下口将砌块裁成60 mm,角度45°的斜坡口的改进做法,在后砌墙与主体结构之间增设抱框,同时在抹灰前对后砌墙满挂规格为直径0.5 mm、网格大小为15 mm×15 mm的镀锌钢丝网,采用30 mm长的φ6钢筋进行支垫,间距300 mm,梅花形布置钢丝网并与主体结构搭接250 mm,保证二次结构及抹灰和涂饰层的整体施工质量。This paper briefly summarizes and analyzes the causes of cracks in plastering and decorative layer in many civil secondary structures and plastering construction in Northwest China and the relevant control measures taken,Combined with their own work experience,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions on the joint position between the post masonry wall and the main structure and the structural measures for the crack control of the masonry structure:through the improvement of cutting the block into a 60 mm inclined groove with an angle of 45°at the lower opening of the horse tooth joint when the aerated concrete block is built,a holding frame is added between the post masonry wall and the main structure,At the same time,the back wall shall be fully hung before plastering,with a diameter of 0.5 mm and a grid size of 15×15 mm galvanized steel wire mesh,30 mm long φ6.The reinforcement shall be padded with a spacing of 300 mm.The steel wire mesh shall be arranged in quincunx shape and overlapped with the main structure for 250 mm to ensure the overall construction quality of the secondary structure and plastering and finishing layer.
