外架在屋面异形檐口模架支撑中的转化应用

摘　　要：主要介绍外架转化为屋面异形檐口模架支撑的施工技术。经过对架体搭设方式、节点连接及受力分析等反复论证优化,形成一套包含外架加固、钢丝绳卸荷、模架支撑、浇筑方式等关键控制点。对屋面异形檐口结构工程进行固化做法及严密的管控验收制度,确保屋面异形檐口结构施工安全,保证施工质量,为同类工程提供借鉴经验。This paper mainly introduces the construction technology of transforming the external frame into the roof special-shaped cornice formwork support.After repeated argumentation and optimization of erecting mode,joint connection and force analysis,A set of key control points including external frame reinforcement,wire rope unloading,mould frame support,pouring mode,etc..To carry out the curing practice and the strict control and acceptance system for the roof special-shaped cornice structure engineering,To ensure the construction safety of special shaped roof cornice structure,To ensure the quality of construction,Provide reference experience for similar projects.
