摘  要:为解决当前水泥厂破碎机振动严重、噪声大以及关键零部件强度不足的问题,基于UG构建破碎机定锥衬板三维模型,并导入ANSYS软件对定锥衬板的模态和疲劳寿命进行仿真分析,根据仿真结果针对性提出结构优化措施消除定锥衬板应力集中的问题,极大提升了破碎机使用寿命和安全性。In order to solve the current problems of severe vibration,high noise and insufficient strength of key components in cement plant crushers,a three-dimensional model of the fixed cone liner of the crusher was constructed based on UG and imported into ANSYS software to simulate the modal and fatigue life of the fixed cone liner,and structural optimization measures were proposed to eliminate the problem of stress concentration in the fixed cone liner based on the simulation results,which greatly improved the service life and This greatly improves the service life and safety of the crusher.
