摘 要:由于煤矿井下工作环境恶劣,井下排水系统的水泵在工作时普遍存在水力损失大、工作效率低、汽蚀严重的问题。针对轴流泵叶片厚度对矿井排水系统工作特性的影响进行研究,以流体动力学为基础,对不同厚度叶片工作时的静压分布、效率等情况进行研究。通过分析最终得出,轴流泵的叶片厚度薄时的总体工作特性要优于厚型叶片泵的工作特性,为优化排水系统轴流泵叶片性能、提升工作可靠性奠定了基础。Due to the harsh working environment in underground coal mines,the pumps of underground drainage systems generally suffer from large hydraulic losses,low working efficiency and serious cavitation problems during operation.In order to study the influence of axial flow pump blade thickness on the working characteristics of mine drainage system,the hydrostatic pressure distribution and efficiency of different thickness blades at work are studied based on fluid dynamics,and it is finally concluded through analysis that the overall working characteristics of axial flow pump with thin blade thickness are better than those of thick blade pump,which lays a foundation for optimizing the performance of axial flow pump blades of drainage system and improving the working reliability The basis for optimising the performance of axial flow pumps in drainage systems and improving their reliability is laid.
