摘 要:以某型号带式输送机滚筒为研究对象,借助MATLAB仿真计算软件,完成筒皮厚度、焊趾半径、坡口角度、焊缝余高和根部间隙等因素对焊接应力集中影响分析,表明应力集中程度随筒皮厚度的增大而增大,随焊趾半径的增大而减小;将坡口角度设在0.2~1 rad、焊缝余高在2~4 mm、根部间隙在2.5 mm以内时,能够使滚筒焊缝应力集中较轻。分析原因,表明引起焊缝应力集中的内在原因是焊接缺陷,探析产生的原因并提出相应控制策略。With a certain type of belt conveyor drum as the research object,the analysis of the influence of factors such as barrel skin thickness,weld toe radius,bevel angle,weld residual height and root gap on the welding stress concentration was completed with the help of MATLAB simulation calculation software,indicating that as the barrel skin thickness increases,the stress concentration increases with the increase of barrel skin thickness and decreases with the increase of weld toe radius.The bevel angle is set at 0.2 to 1 rad,with the weld height in the range of 2 to 4 mm and the root gap within 2.5 mm,which enables a lighter stress concentration in the drum weld.The analysis of the causes shows that the intrinsic cause of the stress concentration in the weld is the welding defect,and the reasons for this are explored and the corresponding control strategies are proposed.
