摘 要:针对采煤机摇臂传动系统中的传动齿轮在工作过程中振动冲击大、齿轮磨损严重的问题,利用Recur Dyn仿真分析软件对采煤机摇臂传动机构在工作时的受力情况进行分析,结果表明在交变力的作用下导致摇臂壳体发生变形,进而影响到传动轴的同心度,使传动轮齿之间啮合力变大,对壳体优化后,齿轮平均啮合力为优化前的59.3%,显著提升了摇臂传动机构的工作稳定性。Aiming at the current situation that the transmission gears in the rocker arm transmission system of coal mining machine have high vibration impact and serious gear wear during the working process,the Recur Dyn simulation analysis software was used to analyze the force situation of the rocker arm transmission mechanism of the coal mining machine during the working time,and the results show that the action of alternating force causes the deformation of the rocker arm housing,which in turn affects the concentricity of the transmission shaft and makes the meshing force between the transmission gear teeth become After optimisation of the housing,the average meshing force of the gears is 59.3%of that before optimisation,which significantly improves the working stability of the rocker arm transmission mechanism.
