摘　　要：针对旧式喷浆机喷浆效率低、回弹率高及施工过程中远距离喷浆的问题,以PYC6Z型液压转子式混凝土喷射机为研究对象,介绍了远距离喷浆机结构及工作原理,并进行实际应用分析。应用结果表明,远距离喷浆机的应用在提高巷道施工质量的同时,降低了人工劳动强度,加快了巷道施工速度,取得了显著应用成效。Aiming at the problems of low slurry spraying efficiency,high rebound rate and long-distance slurry spraying in the construction process of the old type slurry spraying machine,the PYC6Z type hydraulic rotor type concrete spraying machine is used as the research object,the structure and working principle of the long-distance slurry spraying machine are introduced and the practical application analysis is carried out.The application results show that the application of long-distance slurry spraying machine has achieved significant application results in improving the quality of roadway construction while reducing manual labour intensity and speeding up roadway construction.
