摘 要:断层是巷道掘进过程中常见地质构造,在断层破碎带掘进时巷道面临围岩破碎、冒顶及片帮严重等问题,同时伴随围岩变形量大情况,给巷道掘进及围岩控制带来制约。基于此,以3100运输上山过F24断层为研究对象,提出采用预注浆、超前支护、架棚支护以及二次注浆支护方式实现巷道掘进及围岩控制,并根据现场情况设计围岩支护方案。经现场应用后,3100运输上山得以安全高效通过F24断层,期间未出现冒顶、片帮等不良情况,同时围岩变形量较小,巷道得以安全高效通过断层破碎带。Fault is a common geological structure during roadway excavation,and the roadway faces the problems of surrounding rock fragmentation,topping and serious sheeting when excavating in the fractured zone of fault,along with the large amount of surrounding rock deformation,which brings constraints to the roadway excavation and surrounding rock control.Based on this,the 3100 transport up hill over the F24 fault is used as the research object,proposing the use of pre-grouting,over-support,scaffolding support and secondary grouting support to achieve roadway excavation and surrounding rock control,and designing the surrounding rock support scheme according to the site conditions.After application on site,the 3100 haulage up hill was able to pass through the F24 fault safely and efficiently,during which no adverse conditions such as roofing and flaking occurred,while the amount of surrounding rock deformation was small,and the roadway was able to pass through the fault fracture zone safely and efficiently.
