摘 要:针对采煤机拖缆装置在运行过程中存在多层叠加、易脱出电缆槽、卡断严重的问题,提出了一种新的煤矿井下采煤机自动拖缆控制系统。该控制系统能够根据采煤机移动时电缆夹负荷的变化情况自动对采煤机的牵引速度进行调整,实现了电缆夹的跟机自动化控制,确保了在运行过程中电缆的可靠性。根据实际应用表明,新的采煤机自动拖缆控制系统能够将电缆故障率降低93.6%以上,具有极大的应用推广价值。In view of the phenomenon of multi-layer stacking,easy to get out of the cable groove and serious jamming in the operation of the dragging cable device of coal mining machine.A new automatic cable dragging control system for coal mining machine under coal mine is proposed,which can automatically adjust the traction speed of coal mining machine according to the change of cable clip load when the coal mining machine moves,realize the automatic control of cable clip following machine,and ensure the reliability of the cable in the operation process.According to the practical application,the new automatic cable dragging control system of coal mining machine can reduce the cable failure rate by more than 93.6%,which has great application and promotion value.
