摘 要:针对传统的液压张紧装置不能满足长距离大型带式输送机应用需要的问题,提出一种基于永磁同步电机的张紧装置,并对该张紧装置结构组成、运行控制等进行分析。采用Matlab软件对比永磁同步电机张紧装置、液压张紧装置应用效果,并将该永磁同步电机张紧装置进行工业应用。结果表明,永磁同步电机张紧装置在张紧力调节影响速度、控制精度等方面表现出显著优势,可在一定程度上提高长距离大型带式输送机运行效率。To address the problem that the traditional hydraulic tensioning device cannot meet the needs of long distance large belt conveyor applications,a tensioning device based on permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed,and the structural composition and operation control of the tensioning device are analyzed.Matlab software is used to compare the application effect of permanent magnet synchronous motor tensioning device and hydraulic tensioning device,and the permanent magnet synchronous motor tensioning device is applied in industry.The results show that the permanent magnet synchronous motor tensioning device shows significant advantages in terms of tensioning force adjustment influence speed,control accuracy,etc.,which can improve the operating efficiency of long distance large belt conveyor to a certain extent.
