摘 要:为了提升加压过滤机生产效率,对加压过滤机结构及影响因素进行分析的基础上,提出加压过滤机效率提升技术措施,具体包括调整入料粒径分布(掺粗)、优化入料浓度、完善药剂添加等。经现场应用后,加压过滤机排料、高灰细煤泥处理耗时分别为240 s、300 s,现场采用的加压过滤机效率提升技术措施可明显改善加压过滤机工作效果,增强选煤厂生产可靠性。In order to improve the production efficiency of the pressurized filter,on the basis of the analysis of the structure and influencing factors of the pressurized filter,the technical measures to improve the efficiency of the pressurized filter are proposed,which include adjusting the particle size distribution of the feed material(coarse mixing),optimizing the concentration of the feed material,and improving the addition of chemicals and other measures.After field application,the processing time of pressurised filter discharge and high ash fine coal slurry was 240 s and 300 s respectively.The technical measures adopted in the field to improve the efficiency of pressurised filter can significantly improve the working effect of pressurised filter and enhance the production reliability of coal processing plant.
