摘 要:针对传统煤矿电气隔爆开关闭锁装置安装在开关外壳外部,受顶板淋水腐蚀严重,且无法实现开关前门与把手同时闭锁等问题,为了保证电气开关供电安全、降低开关故障率,对隔爆开关原闭锁装置进行优化,安装了一套机械闭锁装置,并分析了该装置结构组成以及工作原理。通过实际应用效果来看,该装置实现了电气隔爆开关在停送电时开关前门与把手同时闭锁功能,保证了煤矿井下供电安全。In order to ensure the safety of power supply to the electrical switch and reduce the failure rate of the switch,the original locking device of the explosion-proof switch was optimized and a set of mechanical locking device was installed for two people,and the structural composition and working principle of the device were analyzed.Through the practical application effect,the device realized the electrical explosion-proof switch in the power outage switch front door and handle simultaneously latching function,to ensure the safety of coal mine underground power supply.
