带式输送机断带抓捕装置设计及应用

摘　　要：针对传统带式输送机运输物料出现断带时,输送机断带保护装置无法及时进行保护动作,或者出现误保护现象,制约着带式输送机安全稳定运行的问题,塔山煤矿对三盘区2301巷SSJ-800型带式输送机安装了一套自动延时断带抓捕装置。通过实际应用效果来看,带式输送机安装该装置后,减少了带式输送机断带误动作现象,提高了输送机断带保护效果,取得了显著应用成效。In view of the fact that when the belt conveyor is broken,the belt break protection device cannot protect the belt conveyor in time,or there is a false protection phenomenon,which restricts the safe and stable operation of the belt conveyor,Tashan coal mine installed a set of automatic delayed belt break catching device on the SSJ-800 type belt conveyor in 2301 lane of the third tray area.The actual application effect shows that after the installation of the device on the belt conveyor,it reduces the phenomenon of belt-break misoperation and improves the effect of belt-break protection of the conveyor,which has achieved significant application results.
