摘 要:带式输送机常规运行模式会造成电能无谓浪费及设备过度损耗问题,基于带式输送机运行速度与煤流量合理匹配关系研究,根据模糊算法及控制理论,设计了带式输送机PLC模糊控制系统。对该系统功能、硬件设计、软件设计等进行细化研究,进而在矿井主运输皮带上实施了控制系统改造及工业性试验,并对设备控制及节能效果进行测算分析,得出一部主运输皮带的年度电量消耗降幅可达到27%,还能够降低设备的机械磨损,延长设备使用寿命,技术经济效益显著。The conventional operation mode of belt conveyor can cause unnecessary waste of electricity and excessive loss of equipment.Based on the study of reasonable matching relationship between belt conveyor operation speed and coal flow,a PLC fuzzy control system for belt conveyor is designed based on fuzzy algorithm and control theory,and the system function,hardware design and software design are studied in detail,and then the control system is implemented on the main transport belt of the mine for transformation The system was then modified on the main conveyor belt of the mine and tested industrially,and the control and energy saving effects were measured and analysed,resulting in a 27%reduction in annual power consumption of one main conveyor belt,which also reduces the mechanical wear and tear of the equipment and extends the service life of the equipment,with significant technical and economic benefits.
