摘　　要：为有效防治刮板运输机的链条断裂问题,基于晋能控股煤业集团某矿17236工作面的工程概况与SGZ-1000/1710型刮板运输机应用情况,分析了引起刮板运输机链条断裂的主要原因以及刮板运输机链条断裂的危害,并从多方面着手提出一些有效预防刮板运输机链条断链的措施,以更好地保障刮板运输机的安全、连续、稳定运行。In order to effectively prevent the chain fracture of scraper conveyor,based on the general situation of the 17236 working face project in a mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group and the application of scraper conveyor,this paper analyzes the main causes of the chain fracture of scraper conveyor and the hazards of the chain fracture of scraper conveyor,and puts forward some effective measures to prevent the chain fracture of scraper conveyor from many aspects,with a view to comprehensively applying these measures.It can ensure the safe,continuous and stable operation of the scraper conveyor.
