燃气锅炉缺水事故原因分析及预防措施研究

摘　　要：通过对某矿燃气锅炉缺水事故现场勘查,结合该燃气锅炉的内胆及管板变形情况,分析事故发生的原因,并提出一系列有效预防该类事故的措施。经分析认为,改进措施的提出可避免同类事故的发生,更好地保障了燃气锅炉的安全稳定运行。Through the site investigation of a gas boiler water shortage accident in a mine,combined with the deformation of the inner liner and tube plate of the gas boiler,the causes of the accident were analyzed and a series of measures to effectively prevent such accidents were proposed.The analysis concluded that the improvement measures were proposed to avoid the occurrence of similar accidents and to better ensure the safe and stable operation of the gas boiler.
