摘　　要：1997年11月6日国际竹藤组织在北京成立,这是第一个总部设在中国的政府间国际组织,也是全球唯一一家专门致力于竹和藤这2种非木质林产品可持续发展的国际机构。2022年11月7日至8日,国际竹藤组织成立二十五周年志庆暨第二届世界竹藤大会在北京圆满召开。大会以“竹藤--基于自然的可持续发展解决方案”为主题,旨在推动竹藤产业健康发展、助力实现碳中和目标、探索竹藤发展新机遇、打造竹藤对话新平台。大会亮点纷呈、成果丰硕,成为世界竹藤事业发展史上的一次盛会。文章全面总结了大会取得的重要成果,以及国际竹藤组织成立25年来在推进国际合作与对话,推广竹藤作为“基于自然的解决方案”的巨大优势、潜力和价值,推动成员国及发展中国家环境、经济和社会综合可持续发展等方面取得的一系列辉煌成就。The International Bamboo and Rattan Organization(INBAR)was established in Beijing on 6 November 1997.It is the first intergovernmental international organization headquartered in China and the only international development agency in the world for bamboo and rattan,two non-wood forest products.From 7-8 November 2022,the 25 th anniversary of INBAR and the Second Global Bamboo and Rattan Congress were successfully held in Beijing.Under the theme“Bamboo and Rattan—Nature-based Solutions for Sustainable Development,”the Congress aimed to support the healthy development of bamboo and rattan industries,help achieve the goal of carbon neutrality,explore new development opportunities for bamboo and rattan,and create a new platform for bamboo and rattan exchange.With numerous highlights and important results,the Congress represented a crucial milestone for the development of bamboo and rattan industries.This paper comprehensively summarizes the notable achievements to emerge from the conference as well as the successes of INBAR over the past 25 years in promoting holistic international cooperation and dialogue,elevating the great advantages,potential and value of bamboo and rattan as nature-based solutions,and advancing the all-inclusive and sustainable development of the environments,economies and societies of its Member States and other developing countries.
