摘  要:输变电工程电缆敷设时,一般每400~500 m就需要安装一处电缆中间接头,但电缆中间接头的安装时间长、工人劳动强度大。基于此,研制了一种新型撑锥工具,通过缩短应力锥的扩径时间,大幅减少了110 kV电缆中间接头的安装时间,降低了电缆安装人员的劳动强度。后期实验结果表明,相较于老式扩径机,采用新型撑锥工具完成应力锥的扩张,不仅操作简单、快捷,而且能大幅降低安装成本。When laying cables for power transmission and transformation projects,it is generally necessary to install a cable intermediate joint every 400~500 m.However,the installation of cable intermediate joints takes a long time and the labor intensity of workers is high.In this paper,a new taper tool is developed.By shortening the expanding time of the stress cone,the installation time of 110 kV cable intermediate joints is greatly reduced,and the labor intensity of cable installers is reduced.The later experiment results show that compared with the old type expanding machine,the new type of cone supporting tool is not only simple and fast to complete the expansion of the stress cone,but also can greatly reduce the installation cost.
