一种采煤机新型喷雾降尘装置的设计及应用分析

摘　　要：针对当前采煤机喷雾降尘装置存在喷嘴易堵塞,喷雾效果差,降尘效率低已不能很好地满足综采工作面快速降尘需求的不足,设计了一种新型采煤机喷雾降尘装置,介绍了新装置的结构及具体工作原理,分析了新装置主要喷雾降尘参数对降尘效果的影响,并分析了喷雾降尘效果。应用结果表明:应用该新型喷雾降尘装置后,综采工作面降尘效果比之前提升了62.74%,且该新型降尘装置制作成本低、安全稳定性高,具有一定的推广应用价值。In view of the shortcomings of the current shearer spray dust suppression device that the nozzle is easy to block,the spray effect is poor,and the dust reduction efficiency is low,which can not meet the demand for rapid dust reduction in the fully mechanized coal mining face,a new type of shearer spray dust suppression device is designed,the structure and specific working principle of the new device are introduced,the impact of the main spray dust reduction parameters of the new device on the dust reduction effect is analyzed,and the dust reduction effect of spray is analyzed.The application results show that after the application of the new type of spray dust suppression device,the dust suppression effect of the fully mechanized mining face is 50%higher than before,and the new type of dust suppression device has low manufacturing cost,new high safety and stability,and has certain popularization and application value.
