摘 要:为解决架空乘人装置在实际人员运输过程中存在的钢丝绳断裂风险,基于《煤炭安全规程》的相关标准和规范提出断绳抓捕装置的总体设计原则,并重点对断绳抓捕装置的机械、液压和电气控制分系统进行设计;最后,基于ADAMS软件对断绳抓捕装置抓捕性能的动力学特性进行仿真分析。结果表明,所设计的断绳抓捕装置性能优越,可满足实际应用需要。In order to solve the fracture risk of wire rope in the actual personnel transportation process of overhead man riding device,based on the relevant standards and specifications of the Coal Safety Regulations,the overall design principles of the broken rope catching device are put forward,and the mechanical,hydraulic and electrical control subsystems of the broken rope catching device are mainly designed;Finally,based on ADAMS software,the dynamic characteristics of the capture performance of the broken rope catching device are simulated and analyzed.The analysis results show that the designed broken rope catching device has superior performance and can meet the practical application needs.
